Roku OS 11.5 arrived back in September, adding a new ‘What to Watch’ page that highlights content from all your streaming services in one place, instead of making you open each app individually. Roku is building on that with a new dedicated Sports page on the Home Screen, which is starting to roll out to Roku TVs and streaming devices.

Just like the Watch to Watch page, the Sports page shows current and upcoming content from any connected streaming services, without the need to open each app or manually search. That can be especially helpful for sports content, where broadcasting and streaming rights are so complicated that they often need extensive Wikipedia articles to explain. You can choose which individual sports or leagues to appear on the page, or just browse through available games and free content.

Roku said in its announcement, “Roku users will also experience deeper, more convenient integration of Sports within other platform features such as Roku Search, Roku Voice, Live TV Zone, Sports Zone and more so they will never miss a minute of action. Sports-related content from supported channels will be available during the season(s) of the sports leagues they air.”

The new integration works with DirecTV, FOX Sports, FuboTV, Paramount+, Prime Video, Sling and The Roku Channel. Roku says more services will be supported in the future.
